I worked with Wayne and KC on trading in my 4runner for a younger and less-used 4runner in their inventory. They gave me an above average trade-in amount for mine and sold theirs in above average condition for a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent. Finance dept was very sincere and common-sensical. They made an out-of-state transaction very painless. I am very content with the deal and experience of working with this dealership. Highly recommend.

Very nice and efficient took me less then an hour and was driving a very nice truck in my name Wayne was an absolute beast and talked like a normal person not like a salesman. Will DEFINITELY be buying my vehicles from billy rays from now on out

Normally I had rather have a root canal without numbing up than deall with buying a vehicle. The process at Billy Ray Taylor’s was a simple no pressure at any point transaction. The only problem I experienced was trying to decide which vehicle to purchase. Their inventory is huge so you will find several vehicles you want to take home
